A workflow pattern is only surfaced to managers when at least 5 team members share it. Individual activity is never exposed.

Differential Privacy Budget
Calibrated noise is added to aggregate counts before reporting. A lower epsilon means stronger privacy with slightly less accurate counts.
Manager Privacy Boundary
Managers can see
- Aggregate workflow patterns shared by 5+ users
- Team-level estimated time savings
- Automation funnel counts (suggested, approved, running, completed)
- Anonymized pattern descriptions and step counts
Managers cannot see
- Individual user activity or event logs
- Which employees share a specific pattern
- App usage or window titles per person
- Clipboard contents, URLs, or file paths
- Any pattern below the k=5 threshold
